Luanne Andersson, associate professor and chair of the Department of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology, presented "Illustrating Child Development through the Use of Online Videos in Higher Education Classrooms" on June 16 in Charlotte, North Carolina, at the 18th National Institute for Early Childhood Professional Development.
More than 2,000 professionals attended the conference, which is designed for preservice educators, individuals who provide ongoing professional development, as well as for administrators in early childhood programs. It is one of two conferences held annually by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).
The initial work for this project was supported through release time granted by the Center for Faculty Research and Development at Ithaca College.
