Optical Scanning System Changes

ITS Computer Operations will be moving to a new optical scanning system beginning Tuesday, August 25, 2009.

Any test scoring requests being processed on August 25th and after will require new test scoring request forms and appropriate key sheets for exams. New request forms for course evaluations will also be required.

Departments and instructors please:

• Dispose of test header sheets
• Dispose of old optical scanning request forms
• Replace Test Scoring Request Form
• Replace Course Evaluation Request Form
