As we welcome our new and returning students to campus for the 2009-2010 academic year, we would like to take this opportunity to inform everyone about changes which have occurred to our office that took place over the summer.
First, the QUADs, EMERSON, and GARDEN APARTMENT AREA OFFICE and Area Coordinator Office have moved from Rowland Hall, room 102 to Eastman Hall, room 102, which is located just inside the main lobby of Eastman Hall.
Second, the Emerson Satellite Office and the East Tower Satellite Office will no longer be open during the day, and will no longer be offering lock out key service. All functions regarding keys and lockouts have been moved to the Area Offices, the East and West Tower to the Terraces and Towers Area Office in Terrace 7, room 100, the Emerson and Gardens to the Quads, Emerson, and Garden Apartments Area Office in Eastman, Room 102.
Third, the Summer Housing Office has moved from Eastman Hall to Emerson Hall and has joined the Emerson Satellite/Summer Housing Office. The Emerson Satellite/Summer Housing Office will still house the Emerson/Gardens RD Office throughout the year, and members of the Quads, Emerson and Garden Apartments staff will be serving office duty from the Emerson Satellite Hall/Summer Housing Office from 6-9pm, 7 days a week while the residence halls are open. The East Tower Satellite Office will also be used by members of the Towers RA staff who will be serving office duty in the location from 6-9pm 7 days a week while the residence halls are open.
Fourth, the following residence director offices have been relocated:
Terraces 1-4, Terraces 5-8, Terraces 9-12, and Terrace 13 residence director offices have been relocated to the Terraces and Towers Area Office in Terrace 7, room 100. The Terraces and Towers Area Coordinator office will be located within the Judicial Affairs Office, located just off the lobby of the West Tower.
Landon, Bogart, Lyon, and Clarke and Hood, Holmes, Hilliard, and Eastman residence director offices have been relocated to Eastman Hall, Rooms 100E and 100W, which are just off the main lobby of Eastman.
