Celebration of Thai and Vietnamese Cuisine

Pacific Traders, Lunch

 Pacific Traders in IC Square Food Court will host the Celebration of Thai and Vietnamese Cuisine, and change its menu to Thai and Vietnamese dishes created by world-renowned chef, Mai Pham. Ithaca Dining Services own dedicated Asian chef Puang-Ngern Deljoo “Pam” will be preparing the dishes.

The special menu includes:

Monday: Jasmine Rice, Vietnamese Fried Rice, Pad Thai with Shrimp, Chicken Satay, Grilled Lemongrass Porkloin, and Long Beans in Garlic Sauce

Tuesday: Jasmine Rice, Vietnamese Fried Rice, Pad Thai with Shrimp, Chicken Satay, Grilled Lemongrass Porkloin, and Noodle and Vegetable Stir-fry

Wednesday: Jasmine Rice, Vietnamese Fried Rice, Pad Thai with Shrimp, Orange Chicken, Grilled Lemongrass Porkloin, and Noodle and Vegetable Stir-fry

Thursday: Jasmine Rice, Vietnamese Fried Rice, Pad Thai with Shrimp, Orange Chicken, Grilled Lemongrass Porkloin, and Noodle and Vegetable Stir-fry

Friday: Jasmine Rice, Vietnamese Fried Rice, Orange Chicken, Rice Paper Wrapped Salad Rolls, Pad Thai with Shrimp, and Crispy Spring Rolls
