prism Ithaca College's gay-straight alliance is preparing and out and ally list to hopefully be published in the Ithacan for National Coming Out Week. In order to be published in the Ithacan we need names! We need your names! That means faculty, staff, students, alumni and FAMILY MEMBERS!
The article will read as follows:

We are your friends, classmates, teammates, roommates, professors, colleagues,coworkers, alumni, and family and we are out and proud. We are just a few of the strong and creative lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning, and queer individuals who contribute to the the diversity and success of the Ithaca College community. We invite you to to join us in celebrating the 22nd National Coming Out Day on October 11,2009.
As An ally, I believe that being lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning, or queer is healthy and normal. I will work to end the inequalities and injustices faced by LGBTQA people. I affirm my commitment to confront all forms of homophobic, biphobia and transphobia and to interrupt gender norm comformity and heteronormativity.
The names that we receive will go around the print in no particular order.
