We've made some adjustments to the Group Exercise schedule for the Fitness Center.
You can pick up updated flyers at the Fitness Center, or view them on the Recreational Sports website.
All these classes are free, and are offered on a drop-in basis. To participate, sign in at the Fitness Center front desk. Sign ups begin 30 minutes prior to the start of each class.
