The Counseling Center (Counseling and Psychological Services) maintains a link on it's homepage (https://www.ithaca.edu/sacl/counseling/) to on-line screenings for depression, anxiety, substance abuse, eating disorders and other mental health topics (https://www.ithaca.edu/sacl/counseling/onlinescreening/).
The screenings are free and confidential. The Counseling Center only knows how many people have completed a screening, but not who has done so.
