IC Human Rights is a new club on campus dedicated to protecting people wherever justice, truth, freedom and dignity are denied. We have a vision of a world in which every person enjoys all of the human rights enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and other international human rights standards.
Join us every Thursday at 8 p.m. in Friends 208 as we investigate and expose abuses, educate and mobilize the public, and help transform societies to create a safer, more just world.
We are always looking for new members and new ideas! If there is a human rights topic that is very important to you, please let us know and we can work together to create an event around it.
