[From the Intercom moderator: On November 4, the Health Center announced that the clinic on Friday, November 6, would have extended hours of 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.]

H1N1 vaccination clinics for all students are scheduled at the Health Center on:

Tuesday, November 3, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
AND
Friday, November 6, noon to 4:00 p.m.

These clinics will be held at the Hammond Health Center. They are open to ALL registered IC students. These clinics are on a walk-in basis and NO APPOINTMENTS ARE NECESSARY.

The Health Center encourages all students to receive the free H1N1 vaccine. In particular, individuals with higher-risk conditions -- including those with asthma or other chronic respiratory disease, immune deficiency, diabetes, chronic inflammatory disorders like Crohn's disease, and individuals on chronic corticosteroid treatment -- should receive the vaccine.

In addition, we have increased the number of immunization appointments available on all weekdays. We strongly encourage students who are unable to come to one of our clinics to call the Health Center at 274-3177 to schedule a vaccine by appointment.
