In an effort to create a more efficient operation, the Office of the Campus Center and the Office of Conference and Event Services have been combined to form the Office of the Campus Center and Event Services. All services previously provided by the two offices (including conference services) will continue to offered by the new operation.
After a year-long review, and consultation with Human Resources, opportunities for a more efficient organization were identified and put into operation. As the result of this move, one full time position was eliminated, numerous staff took on additional roles, and various student staff positions were combined. The main Campus Center and Event Services office is located in the lobby of the Campus Center, behind the Information Desk.
Please be advised that all services previously offered by the Offices of the Campus Center and Conference and Event Services will be maintained. Please continue to contact the office at 274-3313 or ces@ithaca.edu with any and all questions about academic year and summer conference, meeting or special event planning. Questions about Campus Center operations, solicitation and room scheduling can also be directed to the office.
