Call for Entries: Student Environmental Art Award

Ithaca College’s Commit-to-Change Grant is sponsoring an inspired team of students to create a site-specific sculpture installation on the Ithaca College campus. The winning project team will receive the Cradle-to-Cradle Student Environmental Art Award, and a check for $1000.

ELIGIBILITY  Ithaca College students of all majors and years of study interested in arts and the environment.

THEME  Sculptural installation that demonstrates the Cradle-to-Cradle (C2C) design approach to creating waste free systems

AWARD  Winning team will share a $1000 Student Environmental Art Award and have access up to $500 to implement their installation.

March 1, 2010 – winning project announced

April 18, 2010 – project completion date

April 22, 2010 – Earth Day, project unveiling and award presentation

May 7, 2010 – latest date for striking installation
