The short-term study abroad program in Malawi may be right for you.

Students in the program will visit health care facilities in remote villages.  They will tour hospitals and clinics, experiencing first-hand, the care and feeding of orphaned infants.  Students will also be hand-delivering medicine, sheets, and other much needed supplies to outlying areas.  This years trip is being led by Erica Weiss and Cindee Daniels, nurses at Hammond Health Center, and runs from May 25th - June  9th, 2010.  Students from any school/major are welcome (and encouraged) to participate.

For more information about how to apply for the Malawi Program, visit  https://www.ithaca.edu/oip/abroad_malawi.htm.  Completed application forms are due in the Office of International Programs by February 22, 2010.

There will be an informational meeting on Tuesday, February 2nd at 12:15 in Hammond Health Center.
