Fitness Center Spring Classes

Sign ups begin on Monday, January 11th for Yoga, Pilates, T'ai Chi and Massage at  the Fitness Center. 

The Aerobics schedule will be available later in the week.

T'ai Chi-Try a T'ai Chi class for FREE on Monday, February 8th @ 5:20pm
