The 8th annual Women in Leadership Experience will occur on March 27, 2010. The theme this year is Women in the workforce: yesterday, today, tomorrow. We will be exploring the perceptions of progress for women, including a look at challenges that different generations have faced.
This retreat is open to all Ithaca College students who are interested in learning more about the historical experiences of women in leadership and how to cultivate women in leadership in the future. This retreat counts as three Leading in a Diverse World sessions in the Student Leadership Institute.
The day-long program will feature a visit to the Women's Rights National Historic Park and Museum in Seneca Falls, a series of discussion sessions, and prominent women leaders sharing their own experiences.
