Beginning this Friday February 19th, Information Technology Services will be upgrading the Operational Data Store (ODS), used for campus-wide reporting through ARGUS. This change is required as a pre-requisite for the Homer Student Information System upgrade tentatively scheduled for later this year.
The ODS will be unavailable beginning at 10 AM on Friday, and will be down until 8 AM Monday, February 22nd. During this time, all reporting through ACE and ARGUS will be completely unavailable.
Additionally, all Homer systems (HomerAdmin and HomerConnect) and myIthaca will be unavailable for approximately 6 hours between Saturday afternoon February 20th and Sunday afternoon, February 21st. Over the weekend, the ITS website and the ITS System Status Line (274-3282, press 1) will be updated to reflect the exact outage window.
