The deadline to apply to live in the Sustainably Conscious Community in Terrace 2 has been extended until Monday, February 22.
The community comes together to both learn about and educate the campus community about sustainability. You'll be asked to attend a few academic programs and host educational opportunities for the campus community a few times per semester.
At our community dinners, we take turns cooking meals from locally sourced resources, and talk about what's going on in the community. This semester, we will be hosting a few events with GreenStar - including an Iron Chef competition.
Terrace 2 is a great place to live: we have spacious laundry room, a drying room if you choose not to use the dryers, a full size kitchen, and a great TV lounge. Contrary to rumors: we do flush the toilet, take showers, and do laundry in washing machines.
Sustainability is more than environmentalism - it's about living within our means.
Apply today via HomerConnect.
