Enjoy light refreshments while you hear tips on how to make a good impression in an interview. Panelists will talk about interview etiquette, the qualities that employers seek in candidates and other advice for succeeding in your job or internship search.
"Succeeding in an Interview" will be held from 12:15 - 1:00pm in Clark Lounge this Friday, February 26 as part of Mock Interview Day. Snacks will be provided and students are welcome to bring a lunch with them to the presentation. Registration (klibritz@ithaca.edu) is encouraged (but not required) for the panel.
Panelists include Mark Coldren (Associate Vice President of Human Resources at Ithaca), Harvey Ashworth (Director of Human Resources at Performance Systems Development) and Julia Mattick (Executive Director of the Tompkins County Workforce Development Board).
To practice your interviewing skills, sign up in Career Services for a mock interview. There are a few spots remaining for the interviews that will take place on Friday February 26.
