This is a friendly reminder to students living on campus that all Residence Halls (except Terrace 3, Circle Apartments, and Garden Apartments) will be closed for Spring Break, starting at 12:00 Noon on Saturday, March 13, 2010. Residence Halls re- open on Sunday, March 21 at Noon.
Residents of Terrace 3, the Garden Apartments, and the Circle Apartments may stay on campus in their space during the break period. Please register online, at https://www.ithaca.edu/reslife/guide/opening_closings_breaks/break_occupancy.php.
If you need to be on campus for the break you will need a resident of Terrace 3, the Garden Apartments, or the Circle Apartments to host you in their space in one of these three communities. Please contact your intended host directly to make arrangements for the break period.
Please note that the room capacity cannot be exceeded, nor can the gender of the students staying in the room be mixed. Your host will need to fill out the form above to officially host you. Your host must surrender their room key to you, and Residential Life we ensure card access for the break period.
Please complete and submit the form no later than Wednesday, March 10, at 5:00 pm so that your guest's ID access can be activated for the break period. Late requests will not be processed until Tuesday, March 16th.
