If you are a student and you need to drive a College-owned/leased vehicle for any reason, you must complete a driver safety class.
The next driver safety classes will be offered on Sunday, March 7, 2010 from 2pm-4pm and Tuesday, April 27, 2010 from 7pm-9pm in Textor 101.
Students should register, in advance, for the driver safety class by visiting the Office of Risk Management located at 319 Peggy Ryan Williams Center. If you are unable to stop by, in person, you can email a request to register to: riskmanagement@ithaca.edu. In addition to taking the driver safety class and passing the test at the close of the class, students must submit a Driver Information Form and be at least 21 years of age. Please allow 14 business days for the College's insurance broker to review information on potential drivers, be sure to submit your forms well before you need to drive.
Students should review the student driver handbook before attending the class.
