Are you looking for a way to integrate mental health topics into you course, or perhaps looking to spice up a lecture period with engaging, first-hand mental health experiences of Ithaca College students? Look no further!
Ithaca College’s chapter of Active Minds, an organization dedicated to mental health awareness, advocacy, and education focused on eliminating the stigma surrounding mental health and counseling on college campuses, is proud to introduce the Speak Your Mind (SYM) Panel Program! We are currently offering our services at a nominal cost to the Ithaca College community and beyond, and we would love to come to your classroom, meeting, or event and talk about our experiences with mental illness to help educate and inspire the campus community!
