March is Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month
Did you know… Colorectal Cancer is the second highest cause of cancer deaths in the U.S. Yet when found early, it is highly curable.
You may have visited some of the events that have been happening on campus or in the community regarding different types of cancer and said to yourself, "It would be nice if we had an affinity group to continue these conversations!"
Well, now we do! It is easy to sign-up, just e-mail Osupa T-Davis at otdavis@ithaca.edu or call 4-1033 if you are interested in being a part of the Cancer Awareness Affinity Group.
Affinity groups are designed to be a safe place where both staff and faculty may speak on common interests and provide an opportunity for one to seek and give support to one another.
