Pianist Charis Dimaras and narrator Jack Hrkach will collaborate.
This lighthearted duet recital will include the soloists portraying "dueling prima donnas," the mezzo playing a boy, the mezzo as servant, and generally explore the ups and downs of the relationship between the two voices. Music of Monteverdi, Handel, Mozart, Puccini, Humperdinck, Rossini, Offenbach, Delibes, Menotti, Bernstein, Berlin, Porter, and Kander & Ebb.
