eClassroom Instructor Station Changes for 2010-2011

Windows XP instructor stations in eClassrooms work a little bit differently for the 2010-2011 academic year.

• These workstations will now "auto login".
• Users should experience faster log in times.
• Users wishing to access files from the Novell servers (Pulsar, Memphis, Nova) will need to right-click the small Red "N" in the bottom-right system tray and log in with their Novell username and password.
• Complete instructions are located right on the computer screen!

This change is temporary for the 2010-2011 academic year and is being made as part of the NSrA User Migration project. By making this change now, ITS will be able to minimize impacts to the instructional environment during the academic year.

This change only affects Windows eClassroom instructor stations. Macs and student workstations in labs are not affected.
