Optical Scanning Procedures Reminder

Information Technology Services would like to remind all instructors and administrative staff to review the Optical Scanning procedures to ensure tests and evaluations are processed and returned in a timely manner with minimal interruption. Please visit our website for details.

• Requests must be dropped off and picked up at the ITS Helpdesk (104 Job Hall)
• A request form and key sheet must be provided for each test scoring request
• A request form with appropriate setup file/ template must be provided for each course evaluation request
• Changes to current processes or new requests should be directed to Computer Operations in advance.
