Free Group Exercise Classes at the Fitness Center

    This semester, there are over 20 free classes per week to participate in at the Fitness Center.
     Our class types include:
    - Butt & Gut: This toning class targets muscle groups in the legs, thighs, butt, and abs using cardio and strength exercises.
 
    - Cardio Kickboxing: A fun, high-energy class combining aerobic boxing, self-defense techniques, and rhythmic choreography.
 
    - Group Cycling: This class is a fun, high-intensity exercise that involves using a stationary indoor bicycle.
 
    - Indian Dance (Odissi Style): An intro class that combines dance steps, turns, hand gestures, and more. No experience necessary.
 
    - NEW!! Power Hour: A different move and different music every 60 seconds. Come try this new total-body toning class.
 
    - TNT! (Tight n’ Toned): Use your body weight and free weights to tighten and tone the entire body.
 
    - Zumba®: A dance fitness class based on international rhythms.  Learn more at www.zumba.com
 
The new schedule starts Monday, August 30th.
    - To participate in one of these classes, you must sign up at the Fitness Center Front Desk
 
    - Sign-ups begin 30 minutes prior to the start of each class, on a first-come, first-served basis.
 
Schedules are available on the Recreational Sports website.
Individuals with disabilities requiring accommodations should contact Recreational Sports at 274-3399. We ask that requests for accommodations be made as soon as possible.
