The Phillips Hall Post Office and the Mail Center will accept Visa, MC and Discover credit cards for shipments sent by FedEx or UPS.
The United States Postal Service contract station operated at Phillips Hall currently can only accept cash or checks for stamp sales, package shipments and special services.
