This Sunday from 1 - 3:30 p.m. the Organic Growers of IC will be having a garden workshop/workday on cover cropping and crop rotation.
We will be planting cover crops in the raised beds and discussing the reasoning behind cover crops and rotating, and which types of crops to grow in certain areas.
It will be a fun and informative day! So if you want to get a little dirty and learn a lot about gardening, join us at the Community Garden and bring a friend or two. We will meet before 1 p.m. at the bottom entrance of the Park School of Communications.
