Walk-in flu vaccine clinics for ALL registered IC students

Seasonal flu vaccination clinics for IC students are scheduled for the following dates and times:

Wednesday, September 29, 2010
1:30 p.m.-4:00 p.m., Hammond Health Center

Thursday, September 30, 2010
11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m., Hammond Health Center

Wednesday, October 6, 2010
9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Hammond Health Center

Thursday, October 14 & Friday, October 15, 2010
10:30 a.m. - 5 pm, Hammond Health Center

These will be a walk-in clinics; no appointment is necessary. Requirements to participate:

Must be a currently matriculated IC undergrad or grad student with ID
Must bring Ithaca College ID card to receive vaccination
Students under 18 years of age must have parental permission to receive the vaccination. Forms are available at the Hammond Health Center and must be completed prior to the clinic time.
$15.00 charge for all enrolled students

Please dress appropriately to receive a shot in the upper arm (i.e. wear short sleeves, sleeves than can easily be rolled up, or layers).

Those students who are unable to attend above clinics should contact the Hammond Health Center to make an appointment. We will also be offering more vaccination clinics in the near future.

If you have questions or prefer to make an appointment to receive the seasonal flu shot at the Health Center, please contact 607-274-3177 during regular business hours.
