Believe it or not, mid-semester is here, and that means even more work and increased stress in the life of a student. Excessive stress makes it harder to enjoy your time as a college student and increases chances of getting sick. But there are a few simple things you can do to help, including increasing physical activity, eating healthy, getting adequate sleep, and reducing drug and alcohol use. A huge cause of stress in college students is poor time management, so don't procrastinate on projects! Start today, and give yourself time for sleep and breaks for enjoyable activities.
