I am happy to inform the campus community that Orlando-Marquez Kittrell has been appointed Director of the Office of State Grants (CSTEP and HEOP). This assignment is effective November 1, 2010. Prior to this appointment Orlando served in the capacity of Interim Director of the same area. Please join me in congratulating Orlando and wishing him the best in his new expanded role.
