Have you re-enrolled for your 2011 medical benefits?
On-line benefits re-enrollment started Monday, November 8th and runs through Noon on November 19th. We recommend that each benefit-eligible employee complete the on-line re-enrollment process, whether or not medical coverage is elected. If you wish to make contributions to a Flexible Spending Account or the Health Savings Account you MUST complete the on-line re-enrollment process to enter your election. Default coverage will automatically be assigned to anyone who does not complete the re-enrollment process by Noon on November 19th - sorry, no exceptions.
