First-Year Experience is looking to hire a Marketing/Communication intern!
This graduate or undergraduate student intern will work, and be paid for, up to 10 hours per week to implement a communication and marketing plan for sharing important information with incoming and new students regarding their first-year experience. The Intern will utilize a variety of communication tools to share information with first-year students including print media, electronic media and the use of MyHome and MyIthaca. The Intern will also serve as a member of the First-Year Experience Coordinating Committee.
Applicants must have previous experience working with project management, as well as strong web development skills. Preferred applicants should have course work and/or experience in the areas of marketing, communications, strong knowledge of the different social networking media, and assessment.
