Active Minds at Ithaca College is holding its annual De-Stress Fest today (Wednesday, December 1st) at 7:30 on the 2nd floor of Friends Hall. The event will feature fun and healthy ways to deal with stress such as meditation, massage therapy, hypnosis, and so much more!

Active Minds is a national organization that develops and supports student-run mental health awareness, education, and advocacy groups on the college campus. We bring a program to IC that every campus should have. Our job is to educate students, faculty, and staff about the seriousness of mental health issues, and how to deal with such issues when/if they arise.

If you are stressed, that means your mental health is suffering! Destress Fest provides healthy ways to cope with stress. Come eat food and relax while learning about how to take care of your mental health!

We will have:
Free Food
Bubble Wrap
Color Therapy
Massages
Hypnosis
and much more!

The event will be held at 7:30 on the second floor of Friends! We hope to see you there!

Individuals with disabilities requiring accommodations should contact Active Minds at Ithaca College at icactiveminds@gmail.com. We ask that requests for accommodations be made as soon as possible.
