We invite you to attend one of two awareness sessions we will be conducting as part of our project to investigate an enterprise content management (ECM) solution for the College. ECM is a blanket term for what we have been calling document imaging or management and offers among others, the following distinct advantages over traditional paper-based processing:
The college has engaged IMERGE Consulting to assist us with a needs assessment and selection process for an ECM Solution.
The purpose of the awareness sessions is to inform you about how ECM solutions offer the advantages listed above and to stimulate your thinking about how ECM can help improve operations in your area in preparation for the needs assessment and selection process.
The ECM Awareness Sessions will be held in Emerson Suite B:

Friday, January 14, 10:00 AM - Noon
