To help manage the various demands of work and life outside of work, the College will be implementing an enhanced Flexible Work Arrangements (FWA) Policy.
This Policy includes the following flexible work arrangement types:
In general, to be eligible, the employee must be a benefits-eligible staff member who has successfully completed his/her probationary period, with a satisfactory record of performance and no disciplinary issues. A flexible work arrangement may be considered when the arrangement works for both the employee and Ithaca College.

The Office of Human Resources is holding informational sessions for supervisors and employees who would like to learn more about Flexible Work Arrangements. The following sessions will be available in the Peggy Ryan Williams Center on the Garden Level
