Fitness Center Aerobics Schedule Block 2

There are a couple of changes to the spring block 2 aerobics schedule.
Our class types include:
- Butt & Gut: This toning class targets muscle groups in the legs, thighs, butt, and abs using cardio and strength exercises.
- Cardio Kickboxing: A fun, high-energy class combining aerobic boxing, self-defense techniques, and rhythmic choreography.
- Group Cycling: This class is a fun, high-intensity exercise that involves using a stationary indoor bicycle.
- NEW!! Power Hour w/Shelly: A different move and different music every 60 seconds. Come try this new total-body toning class.
- NEW!! Body Blast: A complete toning class which works both commonly exercised muscles and others that would surprise you! This fun and high energy class combines using your body through cardio movements and weights.
- TNT! (Tight n’ Toned): Use your body weight and free weights to tighten and tone the entire body.
- Zumba®: A dance fitness class based on international rhythms. Learn more at www.zumba.com
The new schedule will begin on Wednesday, March 23rd.
- To participate in one of these classes, you must sign up at the Fitness Center Front Desk
- Sign-ups begin 30 minutes prior to the start of each class, on a first-come, first-served basis.
Schedules are available on the Recreational Sports website.
