Living With Grief is a weekly, drop-in support group that meets at 5:15 on Thursday afternoons in the Health Promotion Resource Room.
Living With Grief is about living with loss. Whether your loss is anticipated, recently occurred or happened a short while or a long time ago, losing a loved one is a deeply personal experience. It can be easy to feel alone with your sadness and adjustment - but it doesn't have to be that way. Come and join a community of others who are at various places on their journey with grief; you'll get support, and your presence will help create a supportive environment for others. Living With Grief is a drop-in support group that meets every Thursday, beginning February 3rd, at 5:15 in the Health Promotion Resource Room. Drop-in, and be part of a community of caring. Living With Grief will be facilitated by Dr. LeBron Rankins, who can be reached at lrankins@ithaca.edu for more information.
Individuals with disabilities requiring accommodations are asked to contact Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) at 607-274-3136 as soon as possible so arrangements can be made.
