Balanced Way selections now available at Towers Dining Hall…

The Balanced Way emphasizes portion control by dividing the plate into three sections; half of the plate is dedicated to fruits and vegetables, one quarter to protein, and one quarter to whole grains, carbohydrates, and starches.  All meals are less than or equal to 600 calories with less than 30 percent coming from fat, and supplying at least 3 grams of fiber.  All desserts, sides, and snacks are less than or equal to 300 calories with less than 30 percent from fat, and at least one gram of fiber.

Value Platters now available at IC Square Food Court…

Each platter comes with your choice of sandwich or wrap, a 16 oz. fountain drink, a pickle, and your choice of potato chips, carrot sticks, or an apple. By taking advantage of many current menu items and coming up with new ways to serve them, we’re using less paper, hauling away less trash, offering you more, and passing the savings on to you, our valued customers! When you are finished enjoying your dining purchase, please return your platter to one of the designated areas around IC Square where we will wash, sanitize, and reuse it!

Extended Hours at the Café @ the Park School…

With your feedback, we extended the service hours starting with the new semester! The café will now be open until 5:30 P.M. Monday through Thursday.

Don’t miss the annual Food Frenzy…

Mark your calendars and come to Emerson Suites on Tuesday, February 1st from 11:30am to 2:00pm to show your love for food! Join us food samples, prizes and much more.
