Living with Grief is about living with loss.
Whether your loss is anticipated, recently occurred, happened a short while or a long time ago, losing a loved one is a deeply personal experience. It can be easy to feel alone with your sadness and adjustment - but it doesn't have to be that way. Come join a community of students who are at various places in their journey with grief; you'll get support, and your presence will help create a supportive environment for others. Living with Grief is a drop-in support group that meets every Thursday from 5:15 - 6:30 p.m., in the Health Promotion Resource Room (Lower level of the Health Center; enter the lower level from the parking lot side of the building). Living with Grief is facilitated by Dr. LeBron Rankins, who can be reached at lrankins@ithaca.edu if you have any questions.
