Framework Approach to Leadership is on February 22 in Ithaca Falls Meeting Room at 12:15pm
Framing is one approach to understanding and managing in organizations. A frame is a mental model that functions as lens through which we view situations. Effective leadership involves assembling key pieces of information and developing a broad understanding of what is happening. In this session, we will use the frame model to identify individual traits and the orientations of the group as a whole. The goal of the session is to learn to apply frames as a methodology for developing an appreciation and understanding of organizational leadership.
