Let's face it, talking about the loss of a loved one with friends can have its awkward moments; therefore, Living with Grief has been created to give you an opportunity to talk about loss with others who are open to hearing your story.

Living with Loss is a drop-in support group.  No reservations or advanced planning are needed, just stop on by.  The group meets at 5:15 every Thursday in the Health Promotion Resource Room, and typically runs until 6:30.

Whether your loss was recent or years ago, this group is for you.  And sure, there are tears, but there's plenty of laughter too.

Ps: The group members want you to know you are not alone.

The Health Promotion Resource room can be accessed by entering the building through the entrance on the parking lot side of the building...go down the stairs, enter the building and follow the signs.

Individuals needing accommodations should contact LeBron Rankins @ lrankins@ithaca.edu as soon as possible.
