On February 15th, 2011 Ithaca College's Chapter of the Alpha Eta Honor Academic Honor Society for Allied Health Professions held it's 2nd Induction Ceremony. Amongst the 22 inductees in the class of 2011 were 14 students and 8 faculty members from the Departments of Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology, and Exercise & Sport Sciences.
Chapter President Paul R Geisler, EdD, ATC welcomed over 55 inductees, family and friends, and IC colleagues to the event, and Dr. Gregory Woodward, Acting Provost & Vice President for Academic Affairs lauded the inductees for their accomplishments and challenged them to continue with their level of commitment and excellence as they depart South Hill. Professor of Physical Therapy, Michael Pagliarulo, EdD, PT provided the Faculty Address and directed the student to take advantage of current opportunities in front of them as future healthcare providers by representing and advancing their respective fields with their patients and professionals, alike.
