Balanced Way selections now available at Towers Dining Hall Fresh Food Market

Looking to eat healthy? The Balanced Way offers customers an easy way to select delicious, nutritious and satisfying meals. The Balanced Way offers daily Balanced Way feature meals that meet the current nutritional science recommendations for a well-balanced diet. By using whole grains, lean proteins, more fruits and vegetables and less fat, sugar and sodium in our Balanced Way selections, we make it possible for customers to enjoy menu favorites and still “eat right."

All meals are less than or equal to 600 calories with less than 30 percent coming from fat, and supplying at least 3 grams of fiber.  View menus online at http://www.ithacadiningservices.com/dining.html. Balanced Way menu items are highlighted in red under the Fresh Food Market station.

Gluten Free Pantry now open at Towers Dining Hall

The gluten free pantry, currently known to be located within the Campus Center Dining Hall, is now open at the Towers Dining Hall! The gluten free pantry provides suitable food items to those individuals with celiac disease and gluten intolerance.

As well as providing food items such as: pasta, bread, and waffles, the gluten free pantry provides a separate microwave and toaster oven in order to help control cross-contamination. The gluten free pantry is located on the east side of the Towers Dining Hall.
