Get your young athletes to the next level this summer with IC’s Strength & Conditioning Camp!

The Ithaca College Wellness clinic is offering a new camp this summer for kids looking to improve their athletic ability. This camp will offer a structured strength and conditioning program to all sport athletes, targeting: Strength, Power, Speed, Balance, Quickness, Agility, Coordination, Flexibility and Injury Prevention.

Training will be conducted by nationally certified strength and conditioning specialists.

Camp will be held on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from June 27th – August 5th.

Two training session options are available

Session 1: 9am-11am OR Session 2: 11am-1pm
Available for Boys and Girls Ages 12 – 17

Cost: $200/athlete

Camp will be held in Ithaca College’s state-of-the-art facilities.
