Please join us on May 3rd and 4th for our two finalist enterprise content management (ECM) vendor presentations.
Once implemented, ECM will allow the college to significantly streamline business processes across the campus. ECM solutions include document imaging, workflow, electronic forms, and other technologies to improve how we process documents and conduct business. The ECM solution has the potential to impact just about every area of the campus.
The finalist ECM presentations will be May 3rd and 4th. Nolij (http://www.nolij.com/) will be here on Tuesday, May 3rd and Optical Image Technology (OIT/Docfinity http://www.docfinity.com/) on Wednesday.
All sessions are open to the campus community and will be held in Emerson Suite C.
The schedule for each day will be as follows:
9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
General solution presentation, following our provided script/outline
11:00 AM - 11:45 AM
General Q&A Session
12:45 PM - 1:30 PM
Platform Independence - demonstration of how solution will work from Macintosh and mobile devices
1:30 PM - 2:30 PM
Technical Architecture discussion, including integration with eBusiness and Banner from a technical perspective
2:30 PM - 3:45 PM
Administration and Workflow - an in-depth look at application setup, workflow design, integration with Banner and eBusiness checklists, how external code can be run, and the like.
3:45 PM - 4:00 PM
Scanning - brief demonstration of batch and desktop scanning
