10th Annual Primitive Pursuits Day coming on May 14th!

Brought to you by Cornell Cooperative Extension, and co-sponsored by IC's Department of Environmental Studies & Sciences. Events will take place on Saturday May 14th from 10 am to 4 pm at 4-H Acres, 418 Lower Creek Rd (just east of the airport) in Ithaca.

Workshops are for both kids and adults, and include hands-on activities in the fields of wilderness survival outdoor living and nature awareness. Participants can look forward to tracking, herb walks, arrow-making, forest lore, matchless fire-making, and much more! Guided walks are scheduled throughout the day. Enjoy local music by Steve Selin and Friends as well by Uncle Joe and The Red Bud Ramblers.

Events will take place RAIN or SHINE! (large pavilion available). Plan to bring lunch if you are staying for the day. Cost is $5-$10 per individual or $15-$30 per family. No pre-registration.
