Please be advised that there have been ongoing, intermittent issues with the email system since around April 8th. The most common symptom of the problem is that email messages may fail to send and may require several tries before the message sends successfully. ITS is fully aware that email is a critical business tool which must work reliably, and of the frustration that occurs when it does not. We are working diligently with our vendor to identify a solution.
