Want Help Relaxing for Final Exams? Use the CAPS All-Day, Drop-In Study Break 9 AM - 4 PM Monday 5/9

IC Counseling & Psychological Services is hosting an all-day, drop-in study break using its Meditation/Relaxation Audio Files!

CAPS recorded about a CD's worth of basic relaxation and meditation exercises as mp3 files and has them stored on mp3 players. They are all ready for students to come by, grab one and start listening and relaxing on site.  

We are available Monday 5/9 any time from 9 AM to 4 PM where any student can come by and stay as long as they like: for a few minutes to over an hour! 

 

Feel free to bring a friend!

CAPS is located on the Lower Level of the Hammond Health Center and has a private stairway entrance on the west side of the building, off of the U parking lot.  Students needing an elevator can access CAPS offices through the Health Center.

Can't come to the event?  Here is where you can find the files on your own.  There is no copy protection on these files, so you can listen to them on your computer, burn them to a CD, or add them to any device that can play mp3 files.
