I am pleased to announce the following staffing changes that will be happening within the Office of Business and Finance:
With continued technological advances in the printing industry as well as the College’s own print shop, it has become necessary to create a centralized office responsible for receiving, formatting, assigning, and mailing all requests for work to be performed by the print shop.
With this in mind, the Variable Data and Print Media Technology Services department will be re-named the Center for Print Production and will be directly supervised by Wayne French. Wayne will also continue to oversee the College’s Warehouse, Procurement, and Leasing Operations. His new title will be Director of Center for Print Production and Warehouse Operations.
Over this past year, it has become apparent that there is a large amount of work that occurs before and after most jobs are printed. Cindy French will coordinate the digital prepress operations, which will include planning and coordinating the production of projects involving digital prepress, variable data, and mail automation technologies. Cindy’s new title will be the Coordinator of Digital and Prepress Operations. Both Wayne and Cindy will continue to report directly to me.
