Please join us in welcoming Stephanie Piech ’11 as the new Sustainability Coordinator for Ithaca Dining Services.
Stephanie will be responsible for developing and leading campus wide sustainability programs related to Ithaca Dining Services. She will coordinate programs with the academic community, research efforts, campus operations and student organizations as well as align programs to to Sodexo’s “Better Tomorrow Commitments."
When asked about her new position, Stephanie said, “I am thrilled to be working for Sodexo and very excited to start implementing programs to move Ithaca Dining Services forward in Sustainability. I would like to encourage anyone who has thoughts on how to cut back on waste, energy or water usage to feel free to contact me; I am open to exploring many different ideas.”

Stephanie Piech, is an Ithaca Alumna with an Environmental Studies Major and worked for Ithaca Dining Services (Sodexo) as a Sustainability Intern for 3 years.
